Full roster of Sept/Oct Activities Ahead

First, we have a complete list of speakers through October! They range from a talk about Rotary’s 2013 Rose Parade float to an update on the Hermosa Beach Chamber of Commerce. President Jenn will be calling for volunteers this week for two important local events: Cub Scout Pack 860 of HB will be using our clubhouse for a Toy Drive on Saturday, October 13. We will need a few Rotarians to help out. We’ll learn more about this on Tuesday from speaker Rosella Yousef. Then, on October 26, we have Hermosa Valley/View Schools’ Annual Halloween Carnival. That’s a Friday afternoon/evening, so we need at least six volunteers to staff the hot dog booth. Costumes optional :)
October also marks the beginning of our Students of the Month luncheons (October 16).
