In 2002, Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar, Yo Oshima arrived from Japan, in Los Angeles to attend Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), in pursuit of a master’s degree.
Hermosa Beach Rotary was his host club. Twenty two years later, Yo is a multifaceted designer and college instructor at Art Center College of Design, where he inspires the next generation of creative thinkers.
