Saturday Surprise!
Last Saturday morning, Dave noticed we had a modification to the landscaping around our building. That tree we love so much (not!) decided it was time to lighten its load. Fortunately no one was there to hear it fall. Nor, at first glance, was our roof damaged. The tree still has huge branches hanging over wires and Valley Drive traffic and parking.
Public Works was able to muster a weekend crew to remove it Saturday afternoon. The fate of the remainder of the tree hangs in the balance. [Cole: Any thoughts?]
Don't Forget to Buy Local and Support Our Farmers Market.
Our club's good charitable works benefit from the proceeds.
